Established in 2014, Inspire Performance is a Consultancy specializing in enhancing performance. We work with individuals and organisations to inspire the changes required to be the best they can be. With over 20 years experience our expertise covers six areas: Recruitment, Technology, Sales Performance,
Team Building, Organisational Development and Leadership. 

MEET THE TEAM

Scott Campbell
Director

Scott has worked extensively as a Sales Leader, Trainer, Facilitator and Executive Coach. Initially starting his career in the retail industry he was soon fast-tracked to Manager to run First Sport (part of the Blacks Leisure Group). This is where he soon discovered his passion for working with people to achieve personal goals along with personal, team and company sales targets.
 

Over the last 20 years Scott has spent his time in the recruitment industry achieving personal sales targets whilst selecting, training and building high performing teams to exceed personal, individual and collective sales targets across the UK and Australia.

Scott delivers inspiring Leadership with a passion to develop people reach their full potential through training, mentoring, coaching and supporting them to achieve their goals.

He spent 4 years with MSB International working across Europe where he worked his way up the corporate ladder from Resourcer to Divisional Manager before relocating to Australia. Based in Sydney he spent 13 years with Interpro working in various Sales Leadership roles where he played an integral part in the growth of the business across all areas.  ​

Since establishing Inspire Performance in 2014 Scott has spent the past 6 years Training, Mentoring, Coaching and Consulting predominantly in recruitment and sales sectors. 

 

​Scott has completed 71 hours ACSTH (Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours), approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and currently undertaking the ACC. In addition he holds various management qualifications and is a Certified NLP / Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner.

Michael Taggart
OD and HR Practitioner

Michael brings an impressive wealth of expertise and practical OD experience to projects. He is a well-respected HR and OD practitioner with strong technical, leadership, management, program design and cross-cultural relationship skills, which he has utilised in a range of organisations worldwide, including Indonesia, South Africa, UK and Australia.

 

Over the past 25 years, he has worked with large and small organisations to bring about organisation change and to improve performance through cultural initiatives. He has consulted on projects and OD initiatives for organisations such as NHS UK, AusAid, ASIC, Telewest Communications, Interpro Australia, Alstom, Snowy Hydro, Macquarie Generation and AGL.

Over the last 10 years Michael has specialised on working with organisations that are going through considerable change. In particular he was the lead advisor for the merger of financial institutions in Indonesia and South Africa.

He has been instrumental in bringing about change in the Electricity Industry, supporting new cultural initiatives that involved considerable partnership working with Unions and Staff Representatives to achieve desired results.

Michael is a strong leader. He has held leadership roles in both government and non-government organisations, such as Director of OD for ASIC and Head of Development for the National Health Service in the UK. He has successfully implemented programs with well integrated gender components and led multicultural teams to achieve demonstrated public sector reform. He has a solid track record of developing staff, giving them the technical capacity and the confidence to progress within their organisations. He is personally driven to motivate and provide opportunities for individuals to realise their potential.

Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Organisation Change, and various Diplomas in OHS, NLP, Engineering Management, General Management and HR.

Natalie Emirzian
Change Management Consultant

Natalie is a seasoned Change Manager with extensive experience managing highly complex change initiatives across enterprise programs. She is a strategic thinker with long term relationship building and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve results.
 

With a wealth of transferable skills that can be applied to any industry settings, she enjoys helping clients to break down complex change programs into smaller, less overwhelming, manageable tasks, whilst at the same time setting up sustainable change practices along the way to give clients the means to manage their own change initiatives into the future. She gains satisfaction from seeing results and believes everyone has the means to become a great change practitioner once the fear of change is removed and embraced instead!​

Her project experience ranges from organisational and cultural change through to digital transformations and large-scale technology implementations predominantly SAP. Her industry experience spans from Information Technology, Retail, FMCG and Government through to the Agribusiness sector. While having the resilience to work in ambiguous and high-pressure environments, she maintains a sense of humour and professional positive outlook!
 

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Performance Studies and a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, she has also completed several training courses over the years in best practice Change Management and Leadership Development.

Clair McCauley
Office Support

Clair has spent her career working with children.  As a mum of two her role entails taking care of her own children whilst also taking care of the day to day administration needs of Inspire Performance.
 

Having spent 6 years as a nanny in the UK and then returning to Australia working in a preschool for 7 years it is obvious she is passionate about children and their development.

Clair holds various certifications in Childcare, Personality Development Theory, Developmental Psychology and partial completion in an Advanced Diploma of Applied Social Science.
